# Members

Use the Members section to manage your member list and configure how members access their benefits.

The following pages explain how to:

1. Add one member directly, or import and export members in bulk.
2. Change the access expiry for an individual member.
3. Change the next billing date for an active monthly or annual Shopify subscription.
4. Let members pause benefits for one billing month by skipping a monthly payment.
5. Enable Shopify's native store credit. This is important if you use membership retention benefits such as loyalty drops or fee to store credit.
6. Enable members to access their benefits.
7. Understand the styling limitations of the Members Area when using Shopify customer accounts.
