# Export members

Download the current member view as a CSV, including membership numbers, points and tracked order activity.

1. Open **Members**.
2. Choose a segment and enter a search term if you want a specific group. For a full export, choose **All members** and clear the search.
3. Set the table's sort order if needed.
4. Select **Export Members**.

The export includes all matching members across the table's pages, not just the visible page, in the selected sort order. The filename includes the export date, such as `memberply-members-2026-10-10.csv`. Export is unavailable when the current view has no members.

## CSV columns

| `pointsredeemed`              | Points already redeemed                                                                                       |

| `lastorderdate`               | Most recent tracked order date                                                                                |
| `datejoined`                  | Joined date, falling back to the member's created date                                                        |
| `awaitingshopifysubscription` | `yes` when the member has an eligible imported membership awaiting Shopify subscription setup; otherwise `no` |

Spend and order columns reflect the member list, not a membership revenue report or the eligible spend used for Spend Tiered Discounts. The export does not include complete subscription contracts, payment details, application answers or every historical membership record.

## Work with the file

Treat membership numbers as text in your spreadsheet to preserve leading zeros such as `001245`. Dates and numbers should be reviewed before importing the file into another system.

For [re-importing members](/members-area/import-members.md), use the documented import columns and check the selected destination tier and `Active` values. Importing is a separate action that can change membership access; exporting does not change any member records or send messages.
