Enabling Native Store Credit

If you're using customer accounts, the following steps allow your customers to use native store credit for your store. This is really important in order for the benefits to work properly.

When store credit is enabled on your store, Memberply will automatically deliver a benefit's store credit into a customer's account when they log into your store. The customer can then use this store credit as a form of payment on the checkout page.

This is what it looks like from a customer's viewpoint:

So now let's go ahead and enable store credit on your store.

  1. From your Shopify dashboard, click on Settings

  1. Click on Customer Accounts

  1. Under "Choose which version of customer accounts to link to", check that Customer accounts is selected

  1. In the Customer accounts section, toggle the Store credit button to enable store credit
